Send your clubs to us — our postage process is so easy You’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner!
Step 1: Get in Touch
- Send us your ideas for your custom club design — anything from initials and names to logos or even photos!
- Want to take it a step further? We also offer paint filling as an optional extra to make your design pop.
- The more details you provide (like club type and clear graphics or images), the smoother the process will be
Step 2: Design Process
- Once we receive your request, a design deposit is required before we begin creating your mock-up.
- After the deposit is paid, we’ll prepare a digital mock-up and send it through for your approval.
- At this stage, we’ll also confirm a final quote based on your chosen design and any extras like paint fill.
Step 3: Payment & Postage
- When you’re happy with the design, the remaining balance is due.
- After payment is received, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping box & label.

Simply pack your clubs into the box, attach the label, and a courier will collect it from your doorstep and it’ll be on its way to Clubhouse Engravings.

Prefer to skip postage? You're welcome to drop off and pick up your clubs instead — we're located in the South East Suburbs of Victoria.
Step 4: Let’s Get to Work
- As soon as your clubs arrive, we’ll start the laser engraving process (and paint filling, if selected).

Turnaround time is very quick, typically 2–3 days before we get them back to you.
Step 5: Your New Clubs Are Ready
- Once complete, your newly engraved clubs will either be shipped straight back to you — or ready for pick-up if you chose the local drop-off option.
- Ready for the golf course.
